tunov (the "Service") is operated by an individual. To handle your personal information with care, we provide the following privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

Public playlist URLs (Spotify / YouTube Music) that you enter directly
Analysis request logs (request time, detected platform, and other anonymized logs for statistical purposes)
Analysis history (taste summary, recommendation results) is stored only in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

3. Advertising and Cookies (Google AdSense / Google Analytics)

This Service uses Google AdSense to display ads and Google Analytics to analyze visitor statistics. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits.

4. Retention and Deletion

Your analysis history is stored only in your browser, and you can delete it yourself by pressing "Clear all" in the Saved Playlists list on My Page. Our servers only retain anonymized logs for statistical purposes, which contain no personally identifiable information.

You can delete your account directly from My Page > Account Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your account information and any related data remaining on our servers (library sync data, profile information, etc.) are deleted immediately.

5. Third-Party Sharing

Playlist URLs you enter are sent to an AI analysis API (Anthropic Claude) and each music platform's (Spotify, YouTube) official public API in order to generate recommendation results. We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties for any other purpose, and we do not conduct OSINT-style research that arbitrarily collects or trades public information, nor do we resell data. The Service does not download or store audio/video files, and only uses each platform's API within the scope permitted by its terms of service (querying public playlist metadata).

6. YouTube API Services Disclosure

This Service uses YouTube API Services for its playlist analysis and recommendation-verification features. Our server uses an issued API key to look up the track list of the public playlist you enter, and to verify that AI-recommended songs actually exist as real videos. We do not access your personal YouTube account (watch history, subscriptions, private playlists, etc.).

By using this Service, you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service.

The "Sign in with Google" feature is used only for account authentication (email verification) and does not request access to your YouTube data.

7. Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed at children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
